ABOUT THE OWNER: Nikki Murray is a licensed makeup artist and aesthetician and the founder of Aligned Beauty & Wellness. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018, Nikki began her journey toward paramedical tattooing to help others feel whole again after reconstruction. She is certified in 3D Areola Tattooing through the Housley Institute in Cincinnati, OH, and combines holistic spa treatments with medical aesthetics to promote healing and confidence. Outside of Aligned Beauty & Wellness, Nikki is a proud mother and creative professional who also serves as the Lead Makeup Artist at Terror At Skellington Manor in Rock Island, IL AREOLA TATTOO INFORMATION: For those interested in our 3D Areola Tattooing services, a consultation is required prior to your procedure to discuss medical history, healing stages, and desired results. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your consultation, which is applied towards the final cost of your tattoo. PRE-PROCEDURE GUIDELINES: • Clients must be a minimum of 12 weeks recovered from their final reconstructive procedure. • Clients should receive clearance from their Surgeon/Doctor/Oncologist before proceeding with areola tattooing BRIDAL PARTY INQUIRIES: Nikki is honored to have helped many brides feel their best on their big day. We offer professional makeup services for wedding parties (maximum of 6 party members) and will work on-location for parties of 4 or more. Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens - people get sick, childcare falls through, and sometimes car trouble or an unexpected expense impedes your time for self-care. Aligned Beauty & Wellness is committed to granting grace to our clients for life's unexpected moments. With that being said, last-minute cancelations have a negative impact on our small business in many ways. We request more than 24 hours notice for canceling appointments - clients who cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice more than twice in a six month span will be required to pay a 20% deposit for future appointments.
